      Pros

      This company will work through the pandemic. Considered essential. While other areas are closed down, this organization thrives. Great experience will be gained from working here.

      Cons

      Physically demanding out in the plant. Mentally and emotionally demanding in the offices. The environment is not one a person can prepare.

      Excellent opportunity for overtime each night and on weekends. Benefits are are on par with other well known companies.

      Cons

      Repetitive work, cold wet damp workplace. Only two half an hour breaks and there are no two 15 minute paid breaks at Perdue
