Cons
Project work is nearly 100% done on holidays and weekends. This means that you will be working nearly all of the holiday and weekends while your project is being executed for a few weeks at a time. There is a culture of needing everything right away, like everything is an emergency that just popped up from no where. Its not uncommon to be expected to submit a $200-500k project proposal with less than a week's notice.
