      Extreme cold, physically strenuous, frequent injuries, sexual harassment in the workplace for women, bad company culture

      Lots of super fast paced work with lots of hours.

      Cons

      No help and No training at all. They just hope that you will figure out what to do. No Management on the floor or Lead that knew what to do. The most senior worker on the line had been there 3 weeks.
