*compensated fairly * lots of opportunity *take care of housing for out of state people

* a little frustrating with delays and cancellations but that's the nature of travel baseball.

The pay is very good and you work long easy shifts so plenty of opportunity to make money.

Cons

Very Racist! I t was definitely hard being a black employee working in an environment with no cameras or supervision. People can be very rude, especially when majority of the baseball players and their families are white. The parents and coaches were the worse, surprisingly the players had more respect than them!
