Offers great work life balance, great culture and training, people there are great! If I didnt have to leave I would still be with the company.

Cons

Really no cons any time that I needed off for personal time it was granted. But as long as you communicate your need in a timely fashion, which is fair.

Good Benetit package 401/Medical/Dental/Vision New Gold Standards are good alot of us already do this. Patient care is priority the way it should be. Perfect Teeth has a great HR Dept. they have helped implement many good changes over the last few years and have made PT a quality company and a place to have a career. Alot of employees have been with the company as many as 5 yrs all the way back to its inception. That says alot!!!

Cons

Salries could be a little better Certain positions star out alittle low for this market and I think we loose some good people due to this.

I've been with the company over 5 years. I started out as a PC and quickly moved up to an Operations Manager. We have an excellent benefit package; health, dental, 401k, vacation/sick time Working with such an amazing team makes coming to work fun!

Cons

I think for the amout of work plus hours worked each week, they should consider higher salaries. When the annual review comes around, be more generous with raises- instead of $0.17 raise. We are wokring our butts off, sometimes if short staffed 12 hour days - and not acruing over time. I would like to see more support from the regional directors.
