      Perfect teeth represents everything bad about dentistry

      Health insurance Benefits are decent

      Cons

      Perfect teeth does not care about their employees well being it is all production focused, frequent staff turnover, extremely poor management and unprofessionalism. Most management doesn’t have dental backgrounds and no clue how to properly support their producers and cares nothing about patient’s well being. They represent the worst in corporate dentistry. Don’t waste your education or reputation working here.
