Perfect Teeth reviews

The management is horrible, this company treats it's employees like crap! I was lied to and used and when I finally spoke up about it, I got fired. My boss has all of her employees scared to say anything for fear of losing their jobs. I went above her head with a problem and concern I had because when I spoke to her about it, she blew me off. At our next staff meeting she said that the next person that goes above her head will no longer work at her office, then turned to me and said I had to go to another office for the rest of the day, and after that I was sent to other offices "to train the new OM and find out why the office is having a hard time and fix it if I could" but yet I couldn't have my own office because I didn't have enough skills, go figure. Every office I went to LOVED me and didn't want me to leave!!!!! I put up with this horrible treatment for a year!! I kept hoping that with this new company things would get better, I was very wrong.

I thought long and hard before deciding to post this but decided I must after seeing the place I was so proud to work turn in to a nightmare. There is staff who was once happy now gets physically ill at the thought of going to work. Perfect teeth has now become a toxic work environment. They do not take complaints of workplace harassment seriously. They talk about all of us being family but their actions speak much louder than their words. This company is very dishonest. You are told your job is safe while plotting to get rid of you and replace you with their people. I had gone from a top player in the company, highly respected and appreciated to feeling like a total outsider. When I finally could not continue with this company I turned in my notice. They could not even drum up the courtesy to respond to me. I hope as people look to work for this company they take these warnings seriously. This review will not be here for long because the company has a policy of posting fake 5 star reviews only to bury the bad ones.
