Pros

A lot of the people at this company are very pleasant to work with! There isn’t too much to say on how great this company is.

Cons

They took away the 401k match, no incentives for Operations Managers, bonuses are out of the question, benefits are alright nothing to get excited about and a lot of offices are still not digital. The times and technology are definitely moving faster than this company can keep up with. QSI is outdated. This company is a good stepping stone for people to gain the experience they need to move to a better company with higher pay and better incentives. The company would rather hire new people at a higher salary than to give raises to the people who already work for them.

None that I can think of.

Cons

Was never paid the hourly that was negotiated. Was also promised a "full-time" position. Never happened. Always pushing to up sell the patient, whether it be products or services. Worked a 2 column schedule without an assistant.

Once hired I was lied too as well as 5 other employees that they would be operations manager of the union and academy office. Never got orientation, no E.H.R. patient info is not secure when emailing PHI. Management will not face irate patients, paper charts and they make easy work hard because they lack the technology to improve quality in the office. Oh and I was never recognized as an operation manager trained
