      Pros

      This company has first class employee culture that has been cultivated by its new leadership team. Management is supportive, appreciative and open to new creative ideas. Everyone works hard to grow and improve all offices into the correct direction with training, orientation and new software tools. It has been a pleasure working for a company that has been treating their employees right since day one. I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to work with some of the most talented individuals I have come across in my career.

      Reputation from previous management is not good.

      The people are the best. They are caring and want to do the right thing.

      The new organization is more concerned about the bottom line than caring about the workers or their patients.

      Pros

      The opportunity seemed great in the beginning. I now realize that they will say anything to persuade you to work for them. But it is certainly not what I expected.

      Cons

      It was difficult to follow the chain of command when my direct supervisor would say Corporate is dishonest. All of my requests and concerns have not seemed to be communicated to Sr Mgmt as evidenced by Sr Mgmt being clueless to my needs with patient care. Op Mgr micromanages and interferes with the providers' treatment of patients.
