      Pros

      Everyone was like a family and communication was great between assistants, doctors and front office for the most part. Schedules weren't too crazy and days ran fairly smooth most days.

      Cons

      Anyone who believed to be "higher" than someone else really felt like they deserved more or they were "better" than everybody else. A lot of misbalanced authority and power trips.
