Pros
There is absolutely no pressure to produce. If you are a good provider, the patients will come and therefore the production will ensue. A family environment is fostered and encouraged through lunch meetings, activities, encouraging morning huddles, etc. to aid in office success. Healthcare benefits are great! They are very good and flexible with your schedule when necessary, as to not make you feel as though you can never call in sick or schedule a day off to leave early or have a long weekend.
Cons
There is not very much revenue overall with this company in comparison to some of the other larger name corporate dental groups. For this reason, they are very "tight" when it comes to spending money on necessary products and armamentarium.
