Pros

The PTO is adequate, not great. The teams within the offices tend to be close knit.

Cons

Upper management is very negative, only focused on production. They don't have appreciation for any of the staff as people. They don't pay their bills, so it is hard to get supplies from vendors or repairs completed. In fact, some offices have been threatened to have their electricity shut off.

Lots of really good professional folks there.

Cons

At the time, they had just been purchased. The lack of attention to safety was staggering. While I was there, the autoclaves which sterilize the equipment were neglected as an example of this. They viewed accidents and injuries is just an expense that they couldn't avoid. They didn't or wouldn't put anything into practice if it cost anything to do so even if it would prevent injury and save money. Very short sighted.
