Pros
Loved the companies structure and perks they offer. From day 1 you feel the warm of the people showing that everyone aligns with the company and are doing what makes them happy and feel well paid for.
Cons
Actually the only downside, which is not that relevant in Colombian market, is that the salary is a under the global range. But for Colombians job offers is really one of the best considering all the perks benefits they offer.
