Pros
Good work environment, the colleagues are really good and you can learn a lot, communication with the team is good. Nice work/life balance.
Cons
It is a company that talks a lot of being innovative, but sometimes people get punished by their leader for proposing improvements or new tools to use. Leadership is weak, ther is a lot of micromanagement and little to no support from them, many times you don't know what is their role, however they can fire you at any moment.
