      Pros

      Depending on the project (XPO in my case) you can get a nice, well paced workflow, without pressure, and with the opportunity of growing and improving you skills everyday.

      Cons

      Sometimes the given instructions are contradictory, or priorities change too often, but you can avoid this by keeping an eye on your Jira tickets.
