Perficient acquired our company, which was 30 years old and had just had it's best year. Within two years, our now "business unit" is about to be shut down. Almost 80% of the employees have left since the acquisition. Perficient does not care. They made that clear over and over again. They gobble up businesses to get them on their books. Enough acquisitions, you can have a few fail and it wont make a dent. But, that "failure" they caused was a wonderful, culturally awesome, talented, amazing company. Perficient management completely ran it into the ground.
