You can create a Roadmap to learn new things in this organization share it with your Reporting Manager and get feedback on the milestones. Leadership team are helpful in resolving issues.

Cons

Teams here are very scared of Onshore escalations and try to blame others for any roadblocks in the projects. People are not willing to speak up about any inconvenience they face, since the leadership will use it to counter you during appraisal. We cannot reach out to Leadership if we disagree with the appraisal.
