Supportive environment with good growth opportunities

Pros

This company gave me the chance to grow from an individual contributor to a manager, and that journey has been rewarding. The exposure to real decision making and problem solving is valuable. I appreciate the emphasis on team development and people-first policies. Leadership encourages open dialogue, and there is a strong culture of mentorship and feedback.

Cons

One area where there is room for improvement is compensation. Salary hikes tend to be modest and are closely tied to the company’s performance and the global economic climate. While this is understandable from a business perspective, it can sometimes impact employee morale. That said, the company is transparent about these decisions, and efforts are made to recognize and retain top talent in other ways.

Focus on India , forget about salary

Cons

hiring focus is india and upper management do not care if the whole team in US or UK . Forget about merit increses , comany focus is aquiring other companies , not caring about people
