No-nonsense, level-headed place to work

Pros

There's little to get in ones way while developing software here. The bosses listen to feedback, the schedules are sane, and we have the tools we need to do our jobs. Ample opportunity to visit many aspects of performance-oriented software.

Cons

At times things are technologically conservative (in at least one small corner of the operation), but it's at least not without rationale.

Pros

The wall has fallen. Work here has always been interesting and technically challenging. There are many smart Engineers working on technologies such as value tracking analysis, trending of results through to handling the latest features of the C and C++ languages. The difference now is they are being empowered and trusted.

Cons

Although it has been just a few months, the changes have been dramatic. Very few if any of the Cons listed in the other reviews are still an issue.
