Peforce is a good company but don't challenge the upper management.

Business Outlook

Pros

Ease of working hours, mostly work from home opportunities. Good projects and co-workers are having good knowledge those who are working in Estonia, Germany and US.

Cons

Indian team is also good but some managers are ill-mannered.
