1. Good presentation skills of business leaders on zoom on company growth in “future”. 2. Beautiful office building and great interior. 3. It feels like 5 star hotel (rented)
Cons
No ethics. No bench. No HR department in practice, only stooge. Crude, brutal mindset, management has no face. Employee policies are only on paper and doesn’t apply to management. Think twice before joining. Perceived hike might be a great price you pay with your job.
