Benefit package is very good. The company has positioned themselves for long-term growth in many different fields.

Cons

Work- life balance could be better. As the company has grown, there is much more reporting, corporate compliance, etc.

Pros

The opportunity to not only work for, but be a shareholder of Performance Contracting is a dream come true. This company surfs the leading edge of the construction industry in regards to internal opportunity, technology and innovation, employee safety and well being, and benefits and compensation.

Cons

As an employee-owned company, PCI expects and encourages high performance. This is mutually beneficial, as the product of that hard work is realized by all employee-owners, not just a few. Mediocrity won't be celebrated here.

Good company to work for with good stock program.

Cons

Just be ready to work 60-70 hours a week and you will excel at this company. Most of the time have one less person than they need so you will always be working harder than at a typical company
