Only reason for 4/5 stars is that I'm new. That said, so far, so good! "Large Company" resources, professional development potential, compensation, management seems plugged into their teams. I like everyone I've interacted with so far.

Culture - PCI is who they say they are, people first. Excellent benefits, I don't know of another company in the industry that can touch the financial benefits of PCI, Talented people who truly care. It's a true ESOP company. Your hard work is rewarded, many other companies, the financial windfall only goes to the top, at PCI it is distributed all the way down. The company is growing, there are opportunities for upward mobility. We build really cool things that change the way the world works.

Cons

You will work harder at this company than other companies, however, you will be greatly rewarded for your efforts. Some offices have nepotism. Work life balance can be challenging. As an end user, the IT processes are very frustrating and time consuming.
