      Pros

      Performance Contracting cares about their associates and never hesitates to show this in many various ways. They are receptive to new ideas and trust their employees to do a great job making us all one proud employee owned company. Everyone I work with smiles and is nice and willing to help in any way at any time!

      The work/life balance could be a little better with more options to work from home more than one day a week.

      Multiple benefits and more the longer you stay with the company. Will get questions answered in timely manner when first starting off.

      Cons

      Heavy workload depending on how many projects are going at the same time. Very fast learning curve, sometimes not enough time to digest what has recently been learned.
