Pros
Working at PCI was an overall great experience. The people working there are very nice and helpful for the most part, and everyone knows there job and sticks to it. There are definitely opportunities to grow within the company if you put in the work and show that you are trying. If you aren't willing to spend an extra couple of hours in the office to get stuff done, then it is unlikely you will succeed here.
Cons
The only downsides about working here is perhaps some of the locations of the jobs (oil refineries, power plants, and other industrial/commercial sites)
