Pros

Going home Some good people but they are always afraid of losing their job .

Cons

1. An ego driver president with a minion that follows him around, like he has been doing his entire career, picking up the crumbs 2. The assumption that everyone is easily manipulated and can be forced to do whatever is needed. 3. An HR group, really the VP, that inserts herself into every aspect of the building whether it has to do with her or not and feeds info to the members of leadership with her own "inventive" spin. 4. An abysmal retention rate. Only really one reason this would be, right? 5. Unprofessional senior level behavior that is not only condoned , but encouraged. 6. No training 7. Micro management at his highest level...no one is allowed to develop nor are they encouraged to. 8. Embarrassing sales leadership. When customers cant stand the people they are buying from and share their displeasure with specific names, that is an issue. 9. Drivers allowed to operate illegally as a couple of members in the trans. team have decided to allow this when its "convenient" for them. No accountability for this illegal action.
