New executive management at the BSC in my opinion is uncaring, unprofessional and demeaning. If you enjoy being yelled at in the hallway, ridiculed in meetings, have your ideas ignored and lack of communication, this is the place for you. Initial meetings with managers seem to be promising, but once you are in the door it is another story. They look to blame others instead of realizing that more resources are needed to be successful.

Favoritism and inept management run amok here. If you are interviewing, reconsider your interest. I have not been treated with respect, HR is non-existent and the ladies in benefits are condescending if you have a question. No career or skills growth available. It would benefit the organization to develop a work culture and add headcount to overworked departments - its not the end of the world to hire more people.
