Backhaul pays is 40$. But it's under the guaranteed pay.. so basically u are not getting paid. . This company believe that it do not need their to drive their trucks n work n the warehouse. . The pay is horrible.. The only ones that making money is the long timer.. management had also stated in meetings that individual with no college education do not deserve to make decent money working for PFG...

Long hours...but its on how quick you work.... Can't stand the cameras in the truck... Very nick picky about that camera when it goes off ...hate that dern camera....the warehouse sometimes only worries about efficiency instead of the quality of the load ...mispicks ...items on the wrong pallet ...pallets loaded in the wrong spot...not much but sometimes the warehouse workers get complacent with the quality of their job...
