Pros

Good pay and benefits. Most nights you can come home to your family.

Cons

Absolutely No Leadership. Routing makes absolutely no sense. This cannot be a long term position

Pros

Good Pay is the only "pro".

Cons

Long hours - no balance of work and home life - The pace that is required from Lift Operators and Selectors to be operated at in the same area is unsafe and an accident waiting to happen. - You accrue sick time but when you need to use it you are required to "make that time up" or receive more points against your attendance, unless you are on first shift then you aren't discrminatad against if you get sick. - Majority of the Supervisors/Managers speak to you in a condescending way. - Equipment isn't taken care of very well. - Not much point in learning names to new faces as they come and go so much. There is a very high turn over rate of new workers.
