      Pros

      Special price in for purchasing food which save lots of money. Met lots of new people, always something to do. Learned a lot about costumer service.

      Cons

      Cut throat environment with management. Lots of chest pounding but no accountibility when mistakes are made (the blame game). Some management have no clue what they are doing.

      Good starting salary, independence, no 2 days are ever the same. Selling quality products at a fair price. Overall friendly people.

      Cons

      Confused leadership, your on your own once you begin commissioned sales, benefits are slipping downhill. District Managers are caught in the middle.

      Other drivers are great to work with

      Cons

      No one knows what they’re doing. The routing system is terrible. I’ve had three cycles of management come and go, and no one truly understands what’s going on. The drivers keep getting screwed over. The warehouse constantly sets up your truck for failure, and it’s a lot of unnecessary digging. This place is like a jail, something out of a movie. There’s no class, just a circus.
