      The drivers under my watch are good guys. No micro management. Work Alone.

      Cons

      Given task that are not that of a dispatcher. Work Alone Some nights can get overwhelming if the drivers have a lot going on. You miss out on a lot of work actives The Schedule/Time you Work. Management is not so understanding You don't have much time to spend with family Facility communication is horrible. Almost impossible to call of if sick or need to take a day

      Good money, Job isn’t bad aslong as the warehouse/loader/routing doesn’t screw you over!

      Cons

      Warehouse/Loaders/Routing sucks!!! The only thing they care about is that the truck leaves out. Take pictures they say will fix the issues! Been there a year haven’t fixed a thing only got worse
