      They seem to be open to improvement.

      Cons

      Anti-Union. It's even one of the first things they state in their employee handbook. IT is way behind the times and they have no integration of systems. Emphasis on Customer Service with no real recognition of who their customers are.

      Avoid this company at all costs!

      Cons

      Avoid working at this place at all costs. Very high turnover rate. Employees do not last. The President of the facility and the Vice President of operations are weak! Both directors will take it up their rear end to prevent a few thugs from walking off the job. For years, operations is frequently held hostage by a few hoodlum selectors that work there.
