      Pros

      Consistent work, Opportunities to train for CDL, large established company with good supply chain

      Cons

      Hard work, 2nd shift, pay is good if you get quality bonus but if you miss it by making errors it is a significant shock to your biweekly paycheck, anywhere from 200 to 450 difference if you don't meet the quality bonus. My last few weeks with the company this happened about 3 times and it was over a total of about 5 case errors over the quality limit for the total of those 3 weeks that cost me at least $800

      Pros

      Wonderful benefits, family atmosphere, great perks, happy employees, room for growth. Hands on leaders.

      Cons

      Formalize training with more hands on training instead of online. More consistent 1 on 1's with staff from Managers, and formalize review process even if employees are offsite. All employees need to know what they do well and what they can work on.
