Pros

Working for this company provided a paycheck and steady employment with insurance, holidays, and vacation. Overtime was also usually available.

Cons

Disconnected management, unpleasant work environment & atmosphere. Upper management was rather aloof and downright unfriendly and unprofessional with the hourly associates. Management wanted employees that they could manipulate and have their back. Being dependable and hard-working was less important.

Pros

Benefits, culture, family first environment, dress code, annual bonus, onsite fitness, and inexpensive prepared lunch program, flexible work from home option for some employees

Cons

Advancement opportunities can be limited depending on department, have knowledge of company low balling offers and not willing to reward good employees with pay increases
