      Pros

      PFG is established and is continuing to grow and most of the people working in support services are amazing to work with.

      Cons

      PFG offers little to no training if you are outside of the support services building. Little emphasis is placed on innovation but more in maintaining the status quo.

      None no perks for employees not even a good job hard to advance in company I see nothing good about this job

      Cons

      Everything needs improvement the management is terrible and the holiday pay is a joke the only way to make it is to kiss tail and I ain't doing that
