      Pay, friendly employees,good insurance. Helpful office personnel steady job never run out of things to do. Don't always have someone watching over you

      Poor transportation communication, poor routings never listen to drivers in making route better always adding more to each route an still want it done right Now.

      Pros

      Stable job with decent pay. The harder you work the more you make because of the incentive pay scale.

      Cons

      Little to no raises. You will work long hours and if you're an order selector on night shift you will work every Sunday and at least 12 hours. I worked here as an order selector 3 years and the shortest Sunday I ever had was 12 hours. A typical Sunday is 14 to 16 hours straight. I also always worked on Thanksgiving every year.
