Pros

Friendly office, opportunity to take initiative and make change, well structured internship program with great networking events/resume help workshops, etc. The atmosphere is really fun, with an introductory food tour in Richmond for the internship as well as a cooking competition "Intern Iron Chef" where you can win gift cards for your skills in the kitchen! I had a wonderful summer and would recommend to anyone.

Cons

Very corporate vibes, so if the solitary cubicle work life doesn't speak to you, this won't be your ideal choice.

Pros

The benefits only are the only pros.

Cons

There is no room for advancement and a lot of problems functioning as a company.
