Pros

Overall great company attitude and culture. They strive to please their customers.

Cons

Still treats IT like necessity and not a partner. There is no money for IT projects even though the entire business now sits on the IT platforms and IT projects drive much of the growth. No stock options or other benefits for employees past the standard set of health benefits. Pay is ok for the local area but not great. They are currently in a spending mode so don't expect a bonus in 2017 as earnings will be down.

Lacks engagement. Lacks training and processes. Not a good culture for development and growth. Management says the right things but does not follow through.
