Pros
Decent paying job, and you have every weekend off to spend time with your family. Meet new people from all different areas.
Cons
Have very early departure times, and sometimes it's hard to not start to early in jeopardy of sitting too long waiting for a customer. Warehouse workers are overworked and underpaid, so you usually go through a cycle of seeing new people often, which in turn maybe a nightmare for the driver because the truck is not often loaded properly. Supervisor in transportation seldom listens to the driver regarding helping with making the route better, consistently assisting with fixing faulty equipment in a timely manner, although some people are helpful others are just simply disciplinary. Like any other job it has it's headaches.
