      The president of this opco is the root cause of its failure and demise. He is an arrogant narcissistic bully with a raging superiority complex. The toxic culture has crippled motivation. Instead of inspiring and influencing the sales force, they lead by threats and coercion. The reps who know their worth leave when they realize the leader is a bully.

      Antiquated payroll systems that lead to error and manual work. However, leadership is on the right track to updating systems. It just takes time.
