Pay and vacation is great. Finally turning a corner on getting things done through management.

Working in Minnesota during winter is tough and would like to go somewhere warmer.

Pros

Work independently with very little supervision. Ability to be creative.

Cons

Work life balance is lacking. No clear direction on policies and procedures. Lack of cooperation between departments. Work culture is very critical and best practices are not always clear.

Pros

Bonuses, regular pay, and plenty of overtime. Descent benefits that include paid time off.

Cons

The union is not so good, they get paid but I really don't see what they're doing? I also feel that manage could show us a little more appreciation when we go above and beyond our regular duties but overall it's a descent company to work
