Management seems a** backwards. Lack of accountability
Pros
The pay is decent, could be better for some positions. Some managers and supervisors do listen especially some of the higher up. Family oriented sometimes they work with you on your schedule for the most part. Not stingy on working OT it’s usually encouraged especially being short staffed
Cons
I realized it from the beginning that management where I’m at seems to be a mess. They don’t seem to care much more than the employees they manage. They don’t hold everyone to the same level of accountability when it comes to attendance. Seems like they fire or make the good hard workers quit while rewarding the crappy employees. The lack of concern for safety when putting pallets up high all the way or the need for urgency in getting someone to fix it if it isn’t is scary. The motto around here seems to be “Not my job”
