The Equipment was pretty crap. Lights would go out in the trailers and never get fixed properly.

Pros

Pay is good, benefits are decent. Always have work to do, sometimes it's more hours than you want but it is a dependable income. You get paid for the amount of work you do.

Cons

Usually long hours, workload sometimes distributed unevenly based on performance. Work life balance usually isn't terrific.
