      Miscommunication and micromanaging

      Ability to go up in tier pay, excellent choices of benefits, very nice facility,

      Terrible communication between leadership which results in problems for drivers, extreme level of micromanaging from K. K. (Don't want to name drop but it's obvious To those that work(ed) there, night time dispatcher is sleeping with some of the drivers, shifts are extremely long and exhausting which wears out many drivers so a lot do not reach higher tiers of pay (genius if you think about it).

      Great company terrible management.

      Decent pay, good benefits, good hours

      Cons

      Your ability to make effectively do your job and make a difference is dictated by your managers. You are given goals but no way to meet them. You are gaslit by the people in charge who claim you are the problem. Provided inaccurate by HR. When bringing up these issues to higher management you are told to get over it and play nice.
