      Good Company to Work for, but not for me.

      Pros

      Generally friendly environment. Lots of free food. Abundant room to grow. They always post jobs internally before externally. Able to shift carrier focus within the company.

      Cons

      Long hours. Inter-departmental communication is somewhat lacking. Seems like the same issues are always getting re-hashed with little improvement or change.

      Pros

      A handful of good people work here in the office. The warehouse group is great. Benefits are good

      Cons

      Micromanagement to the extreme. Poor leadership, Drama and clique, Pay is below average,. Things go one here that are fine for some but not all. Corporate should come in here and watch this charade. Nothing is recognized or appreciated. Save yourself the absolute aggravation. Most employees simply don't like their job!
