      I can't think of any pros to working here.

      Cons

      Racism, sexism, homophobia, misogyny, refusal to accept other peoples different opinions. The op.co. president is an abusive bully who likes to make fun of his employees mostly behind their backs to other employees. Senior staff are petty and vindictive. Leadership is passive aggressive and will give an employee the silent treatment for weeks if they do something leadership doesn't like. Its all the worst things of high school disguised as a business.
