Great leadership, Great company culture. NO SALESFORCE!!! Senior management always ready to help the sales team, great product specialist. Fantastic pay!!! Just overall a great company to work for!

Cons

They gotta get better with technology on the ordering side in terms of an app for customers to order and modify orders online and allow sales team to make adjustments without having to email customer service to do price changes and modify orders.
