Cons
Lack of communication, management seems out to get each other while making the frontline employees put up with their BS. Constantly adding new things for drivers to do to I prove how we do or job on paper, while lacking the ability to see that it is a hindrance to actually getting the job. In the end, they are a company of, "This is how we've always done it."
