      Pros

      Prinicipal/Senior Developers really know their stuff. They are very willing to answer all questions and are really patient with involving you into the project. Overall an awesome work environment, casual dress allowed. Snacks are in abundance

      Cons

      Pay needs to be a little bit more competitive.
