Pros

Regular working hours 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Some overtime. Small business.

Cons

The business has a very large turnover with many employees leaving after just a couple of months. lacking culture, lacking training and development, lacking ethics and compliance, lacking leadership, customers are resentful to the turnover as well. Blindsides and lack of communication is common.
